Consumptionomics – Asia’s Role in Reshaping Capitalism and Saving the Planet presents irrefutable evidence on what will be the world’s most controversial political challenge of the next two decades – rational approaches to consumption in Asia. The book argues that Asian governments will need to take the lead in making sensitive policy changes and adopting certain forms of governance to affect a fundamental change of direction. If Asia is willing to take on this responsibility it will help to save the planet whilst reshaping capitalism. Consumptionomics is released across Europe and Asia in January 2011.
Will Consumptionomics be available in a digital form (such as pdf or as an mp3 audio file) for download so it will be available to people with visual disabilities who use adaptive technologies to read print materials? Thank you.

Two days ago I heard an interview with the author on BBC. It has been BY FAR the most intersting interview I have heard since a LOOOONG time! Here is a very clear minded person behind a very LOGIC thesis about our modern world!
Being from Europe (Switzerland), I have realised SO MUCH in such a short time, also about MY culture (of insane surplus), I cant wait to buy this book!
Thanks Mr. Nair for writing, what HAS to be said in this time we live in!
