GIFT facilitated a two-day workshop in Hong Kong for a large global bank to enable the organization to better integrate its corporate sustainability strategy into it’s business objectives. GIFT worked with the organization’s corporate sustainability and communication team from across the region to facilitate active learning and dialogue on key issues such as employee and stakeholder engagement. GIFT also drew on different internal and external key speakers to provide the participants with greater insight on core sustainability issues related to their business operations. At the end of the workshop, participants produced a cohesive regional and country action plan which will enhance and strengthen the group’s current strategy.
