Strategic Management and Policy Training - Government Department (2006)

GIFT conducted training workshops for senior managers of a government department on strategic management and policy including implementation methods covering communication and consultation techniques. Employing a series of case studies and role playing exercises, government officials were able to share experiences and learn new skills for future consultation with stakeholders.
