We’d like you to have:
• 5-10 years’ sound business background with some business-development and sales experience
• Project-management experience
• Experience in working in multicultural contexts
• Familiarity with working in rural locations and with local communities
• Educated to degree level
• Some consulting experience preferred

You bring to the team:
• Good listening and communication skills
• Native English speaker preferred – you must also be able to communicate in at least one Asian language
• Good analytical and conceptual ability
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities as needed
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to build rapport
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Ability to work creatively with conflict
• Prepared to travel
• Passionate to be able to confront when needed
