GIFT is recruiting for the position of Programme Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering YLP projects with the GIFT team
• Securing investors and other parties involved in implementing the business plans
• Extending the reach of GIFT’s social investor network in Hong Kong and in the region
• Working with corporate clients who are interested in participating in the YLP including pitching new business and following up with prospects as needed
• Contributing to the identification of suitable projects for the YLP and evaluating new areas of expansion for the programme which can also be linked to new business development
• Potential involvement in other GIFT related work such as delivering workshops, organising forums and writing articles.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual with 5-10 years work and field experience to develop his/her career in a new and rapidly growing field. The ideal candidate will be eager to engage in leading edge work developing sustainable investment solutions in Asia and playing a key role in creating a new approach to executive leadership development.

Skills and Qualifications:
• An MBA or a Masters degree in a business-related subject
• Experience in developing business plans and executing them, including an understanding of finance for business, making presentations and managing multi-stakeholder relationships
• A strong desire to be a part of business-oriented initiatives that also have positive socio-economic development impact in the region
• Detail oriented, self-starting, adept at networking, able to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Prior project management experience preferred
• Prior business development experience preferred
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; native or high proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese (preferably both)

The position will be based in Hong Kong and will involve some travel within Asia.
